What's
in a 3rd level .name?
A 3rd level .name domain has three 'levels'. The first level is the actual
'.name' suffix and the second and third levels are your first and last name.
So a .name web address will look like this:
First-name.Last-name.name (jennifer.smith.name) or Last-name.First-name.name (smith.jennifer.name).
Your e-mail address will be easy to remember too:
First-name@Last-name.name (jennifer@smith.name)
or Last-name@First-name.name (smith@jennifer.name).
If your name is Jennifer Smith you can register jennifer.smith.name, j.smith.name
or even smith.jennifer.name. There are many possibilities, as long as you have
two dots in the domain.
All 3rd level .name registrations include an e-mail
forwarding account that will allow you to forward up to 250 .name e-mail
addresses to your current e-mail account.
